It is at this time that we would like to introduce ourselves and our products. Our name is ADVANCED FLOORING, INC. and we are licensed applicators for Hacker Gypsum Underlayment in the Tri-State area. We have been serving the Tri-State for the past 30 years, which makes us one of the oldest underlayment applicators in the area which provides you with extended experience and knowledge of installing gypsum and cement base underlayments. Our products range in PSIs of 1200 to 7700 to meet just about any project specifications and are approved to contribute to points for GREEN LEED projects.

Hacker Gypsum Underlayment is durable floor underlayment that is lightweight, fire resistant, sound insulating and crack resistant. By installing a noise control product topped with Hacker Gypsum Underlayment, you will receive a permier sound barrier system that will deliver quieter living areas. Hacker Gypsum Underlayment can be installed over plywood, concrete or other substrates in apartments, condominiums, custom homes, commercial buildings and renovation projects. Hacker Gypsum Underlayment provides a smooth, flat quality sub floor and is an excellent housing product to use when installing RADIANT HEAT.

Our contracts range from small tenant improvements, to large retirement communities, high-rise multi unit buildings and commercial projects.

We handle quality materials along with providing the craftsmanship with the flexibility and experience to perform to each client’s individual need and requirements.
